Description

You will oversee a regional portfolio of Soft Brands customers and lead a team of Account Executives. This role bridges strategy and execution, providing coaching, workflow direction, and day-to-day decision-making support to drive customer growth and value realization.

Requirements

  • Proven success in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales with franchise/multi-property clients
  • People management experience with a coaching mindset
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Atlassian, and basic reporting/analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives managing Soft Brand accounts across Europe
  • Drive performance excellence through goal setting and career development
  • Own strategic account planning including long-term growth roadmaps
  • Monitor account health and act as escalation point for regional go-to-market teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Operations
