Description

Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems, supervise engineering staff and contractors, and ensure efficient, safe building performance. Collaborate with tenants and property managers to resolve issues and maintain reliable operations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Five to seven years of industry experience
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• CFC Certification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, energy management software, CMMS

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Oversee service contractors and ensure compliance
• Supervise and mentor junior Engineers and Technicians
• Conduct building inspections and manage maintenance schedules
