💼 About This Role

You'll join the Growth and Customer Experience team to build and own the GoTo market strategy for products using Nium's core banking rails. You'll take ownership of the entire application stack, from discovery to customer revenue, while evolving a fast-prototyping culture for rapid market validation. This role offers the chance to shape global payment infrastructure at a $1.4B fintech unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product Owners to scope out ideas from conception to execution
• Build user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Develop and integrate REST APIs using Java Spring Boot or Node.js
• Mentor SF and offshore tech team members on best practices

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience building web applications in production
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend systems
• Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML/CSS, accessibility, testing)

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech or global payment systems experience
• Cyber Security experience
• Experience tuning frontend performance (lazy loading, bundle size)
