Description

You will lead the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of powered land and energy infrastructure transactions for AI infrastructure. You'll own a strategy, originate opportunities, lead cross-functional diligence, structure deals, and present to the investment committee.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in energy, infrastructure, or real estate private equity
• Demonstrated experience leading acquisitions through close
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities
• Polished, executive-level communication skills
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements

Responsibilities

• Lead powered land and energy infrastructure acquisition efforts across priority markets
• Build relationships with utilities, landowners, brokers, developers, and capital partners
• Own transactions from LOI to closing, leading deal teams across development, engineering, finance, and legal
• Build detailed financial models and prepare investment memoranda
• Oversee due diligence across utility interconnection, zoning, environmental, title, and infrastructure feasibility
