You'll build the talent function from the ground up at an AI health tech startup, owning full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic roles. Your core impact will be designing the recruiting engine and shaping a world-class team. This role offers meaningful ownership in a rapidly scaling company backed by top investors.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic roles
  • Manage a high-volume ops recruiter for delivery team
  • Amplify talent brand with founders and leadership
  • Implement recruiting stack and data-driven reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • 1-2+ years in a high-growth startup or top tier search firm
  • Proven track record closing Senior/Staff level Engineers
  • Data-native with modern ATS platforms (Ashby a plus)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for non-technical roles (GTM, Ops, G&A)
  • Experience managing junior recruiters/sourcers
