💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to clients in Lebanon County, following care plans and administering medication. Your work ensures quality 1:1 patient care with flexible scheduling and great work/life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits in assigned geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
