🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for Hadron platform.
• Prioritize product initiatives and make go/no-go decisions on features.
• Translate institutional requirements into product specifications and tasks.
• Act as liaison between product, engineering, and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or ownership in digital assets or financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience delivering a tokenization or RWA product full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of traditional financial market infrastructure (custody, clearing, settlement).
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards.

• Experience working with institutional clients (banks, asset managers).
• Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA).
