Description

You will design, develop, and manage Azure infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability for cloud customers. You'll collaborate with customers on maintenance and change management, and troubleshoot complex Azure and Windows issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience provisioning and troubleshooting Azure infrastructure
• Strong skills in identifying and resolving complex Azure and Windows issues
• Ability to quickly convert business problems into technical solutions
• Experience with RDS deployments
• Ability to collaborate with customers on scheduling and change management

Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and maintain 24x7 Azure CSP environments, RDS, and Windows technologies
• Make recommendations on Azure and Windows policies and standards
• Manage multiple large-scale projects and provide leadership
• Resolve escalations from clients and team members
• Manage configuration and deployment of Azure resources
