You will own Rwazi's ecosystem strategy, aligning users, mappers, enterprise clients, and partners into a cohesive network. You'll design structured engagement models and enhance ecosystem resilience over time. This role focuses on trust, density, and strategic network architecture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design structured engagement models for contributors, enterprise users, and partners.
• Maintain strong relationships across core ecosystem segments.
• Surface structured ecosystem insights to Product and Leadership.
• Strengthen Rwazi's identity through rituals and recognition systems.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in community, ecosystem, or network leadership roles.
• Experience managing multi-sided platforms (marketplace, SaaS, or distributed networks).
• Strategic thinking around network effects and ecosystem health metrics.
• Executive communication clarity across stakeholder types.
