You'll drive new business opportunities for a leading security systems manufacturer, expanding into the Gauteng/South African market. You'll build relationships with key clients and partners to grow Ajax's presence. This role offers the chance to represent Europe's most awarded security system in a growing international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligning with growth strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in electronic security industry or similar.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems (access control, video, intrusion, fire).
  • Proven track record of full sales process from lead to close.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, or AI-based analytics.
  • Experience with access control, video surveillance, or fire alarm systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
