Description

You will drive detailed engineering for key hardware modules, manage vehicle hardware verification activities, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to balance schedule, cost, and quality. This role involves planning, communicating risks, and supporting multi-generational hardware developments to achieve aggressive goals.

Requirements

• Experience managing hardware product validation with cross functional teams
• Experience with mechanical and electrical hardware testing
• Experience with launching new hardware products to market and managing hardware product life cycles
• Strong understanding of systems engineering process and hardware design/verification/validation
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets, MS Project

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage execution of vehicle hardware verification activities
• Lead planning, execution, and day-to-day developments for critical hardware verification efforts
• Evaluate risks and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional efforts for hardware validation and risk mitigation
• Provide program management support for hardware sustainment issues and product safety case
