💼 About This Role

You'll deliver exceptional demos, onboarding, and technical support for our AI product, Central. This role blends sales acumen with customer success, serving as a bridge between clients and AI solutions. You'll help SMBs globally adopt agentic AI in a fast-moving startup-like environment within a corporate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging sales demos of Central's AI capabilities
• Manage full inbound pipeline: demo requests, follow-ups, support tickets
• Deliver technical product support and training to customers
• Drive customer onboarding with sales and technical assistance

📋 Requirements

• Strong communicator able to explain technical product details clearly
• Experience in customer success or sales solutions preferably in AI
• Comfortable with a 50/50 split between sales and technical support

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous role as Solutions Specialist, Customer Success Manager, or Account Executive in AI or tech
• Experience explaining integrations to non-technical users
