๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as a trusted advisor for our most valuable customers, helping them achieve maximum value from the Fullstory suite. You'll drive product adoption, proactively manage risk, and identify growth opportunities within your book of business. This hybrid role requires one day per week in our Atlanta office.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Oversee customer experience for 10-20 enterprise-level accounts
- Ensure strategic customers receive maximum value from the platform
- Forecast, identify risk, and maintain strong renewal and growth rates
- Create and deliver Executive Business Reviews and strategic consultations
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years experience in Customer Success Management or related field
- Experience managing $4-6M ARR with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers
- Proven track record of impacting customer results through strategic consulting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level presentation ability
