As a Technical Recruiter at Astranis, you will own full-cycle recruitment and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll partner with teams to improve hiring processes, source top engineering and business talent, and build diverse pipelines. Requirements

• 2-6 years experience as a recruiter at fast-paced high growth tech company
• Proven record of recruiting top talent for hardware or software engineering
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipeline
• Ability to distinguish top 5% of talent
• Excellent communication skills, creative sourcing, data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Recruit top-tier engineering and business talent
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout interview process
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, conduct reference checks
• Build strong pipelines and proactively source passive candidates
• Collect and analyze recruiting funnel data to improve processes
