💼 About This Role

You'll work with the partnership to develop investment theses and source early-stage opportunities for Equal Ventures. You'll own deals end-to-end and support portfolio companies from seed through scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source high-quality early-stage opportunities through founder relationships and outbound channels
• Support investment diligence including market analysis and customer calls
• Assist portfolio companies with operations, hiring, and fundraising
• Build Equal's brand through content, events, and ecosystem relationships

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Background in venture capital, growth equity, or consulting
• Experience working with technology companies
