Description

You will drive sales for NICE's Outbound Engagement solutions, collaborating with account executives and pre-sales consultants to strategize and execute team sales, deliver compelling demonstrations, and influence executive-level decision-makers.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Business, Sales, or Marketing
• 5+ years selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts
• 10+ years operational/technical experience with outbound contact centers
• Proven relationship-building with C or VP level business users
• Ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Consultants to strategize and execute team sales
• Independently engage in prospecting and relationship-building to build pipeline with new and existing clients
• Deliver compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executive-level decision-makers
• Partner with Analytics and AI LOBs in shaping GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps
• Provide domain expertise in Analytics and AI functions
