Description

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Merchant Data Platform team, you'll own and deliver quarterly goals, mentor engineers, and design highly available distributed systems that serve millions of requests per day. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to support merchant onboarding, identity, and fraud detection, ensuring robust system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with leadership and mentoring responsibilities
• Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale
• Proficient in Python or Kotlin
• Experience with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes for highly available distributed systems
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with global engineering team

• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on project definition and trade-offs
