Description
You will work with strategic and enterprise ClickHouse users, providing consultative support, onboarding guidance, escalation oversight, and project management. You'll also handle L3 support cases and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years in TAM, Professional Services, Senior Support, or Project Management
- 5+ years experience with distributed DBMS (e.g., OLAP, cloud/SaaS platforms)
- Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaaS offerings
- Experience leading large-scale technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing roles
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural, technical, and migration guidance to customers
- Lead projects, escalations, and meetings to enable customer success
- Own and oversee L3 Support Cases and Escalations
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to develop roadmap and account plans
- Assist with Docs, Knowledge Base articles, and Reference Architecture
