You'll join BAYADA's home health team, providing 1:1 care to clients in the Upper Montgomery County area. Your core impact will be managing patient care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring high-quality outcomes in a flexible, supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow care plans and perform home visits
• Administer medication, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor clients and report changes to managers
• Document care using an electronic touch pad

📋 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in PA
• Minimum one year of recent clinical/medical-surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
