You'll lead people analytics and HR systems strategy within a large enterprise, using Workday as a core platform. You'll transform workforce data into actionable insights for executives, improving decision-making and organizational effectiveness.

  • Design and implement advanced people analytics solutions using Workday Prism and Discovery Boards
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards for executive stakeholders
  • Establish data standards and governance to ensure consistency and reliability
  • Manage HR data integrations and optimize system performance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Systems or People Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools including advanced, matrix, and composite
  • Strong experience with Workday Prism Analytics and people analytics capabilities
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and workforce analytics dashboards

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday Studio or Core Connectors
  • Business and financial acumen, preferably in retail or high-volume environments
