You'll lead the Growth engineering team at Airwallex, building seamless user acquisition and onboarding experiences that drive global expansion. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead talent strategy: recruit, onboard, and develop engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier engineers
• Experience running performance and compensation processes
