Description

As a Growth Analyst at GoCardless, you will partner with Growth, Commercial Strategy, and Data teams to design analytics that shape the self-serve business. You'll evaluate performance across the full funnel, translate data into actionable recommendations for go-to-market strategy, pricing, and optimization, and quantify the ROI of growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills linking data to revenue outcomes
• Experience with funnel analysis, cohort performance, pricing impact, or channel economics
• Ability to communicate complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
• Bias for action and proactive insight generation

Responsibilities

• Shape commercial measurement across the acquisition-to-monetisation funnel
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for go-to-market and pricing
• Define ROI metrics for growth initiatives
• Analyze customer segments and lifetime values to identify growth opportunities
• Adopt and innovate on tools for analysis, visualization, and automation
