💼 About This Role

You'll assist in content ideation and script evaluation for TV and OTT formats, coordinating with production houses. You'll support creative inputs during production to create engaging programming that meets ratings goals. This 6-month apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic creative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop episode structure and plot high points.
• Coordinate with production companies for editorial guidance.
• Communicate show updates with OAP and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Ad Sales on programming solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in content development or production.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or Arts.
• Strong creative thinking and writing abilities.
• Understanding of local culture and audience sensibilities.
