💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary product legal partner for two business units at a market-leading AI assistant and productivity platform. You'll own end-to-end legal support, from issue spotting to counseling, and help launch cutting-edge AI-powered products. This hybrid role is based in the Bay Area or New York, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams throughout product lifecycle.
• Identify and address product, regulatory, privacy, and AI-related legal risks.
• Develop scalable processes that balance innovation and risk.
• Manage aspects of the company's intellectual property portfolio.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership.
• 4-8+ years of relevant legal experience including top law firm and B2B SaaS or tech.
• Strong understanding of product counseling, data privacy, IP, and commercial contracting.
• Experience developing a culture of getting to “yes, if…” with creative, solutions-oriented approach.
