You'll lead strategic analytics initiatives that directly influence forecasting and revenue growth in a globally distributed SaaS environment. You'll build scalable data frameworks and predictive models to support business expansion across international sales organizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead execution and evolution of GTM analytics and planning strategies
• Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Oversee sales performance measurement including win rates and forecasting
• Drive annual and quarterly GTM planning initiatives such as territory and quota planning

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics within B2B SaaS
• Expertise in GTM planning processes including quota modeling and forecasting
• Strong technical proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and BI platforms like Tableau or Sigma
• Experience using Python or R for advanced modeling and statistical analysis
