🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage all building services and preventative maintenance programs
• Supervise day-to-day operations of HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
• Monitor systems and perform diagnostics, annual testing, and certifications

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED, trade school diploma, or military training
• 5 years of relevant experience managing building maintenance
• Supervisory experience leading a facilities team
