Description

You will drive Starlink's retail growth in North America by identifying and expanding partnership opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing sales forecasts. This role involves collaborating across teams to shape go-to-market strategies and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in business development, sales, operations, engineering, or account management (or HS + 6 years)
  • 1+ years in consulting or project management in business development or sales
  • 3+ years experience working with customers to support a technical product/service
  • Proven retail industry experience (consumer electronics, CPG, or FMCG preferred)
  • Availability to work extended hours and travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Support Starlink growth by identifying and expanding retail partnership opportunities
  • Act as lead in closing partnership deals, including pricing and business negotiations
  • Establish strategic relationships with omnichannel partners (electronics retailers, distributors)
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and drive aggressive sales targets
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on retail merchandising and sales tools
