Description

You will oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes, manage billing entries, reconcile records, and communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries. You'll collaborate with internal teams to improve billing operations and provide financial reports to management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of applicable experience in a Finance role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively with an Accounting team

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes
• Manage and update multiple billing entries using accounting software
• Reconcile billing records with payroll and other financial entries
• Ensure accurate posting of billing transactions for timely period-end close
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve billing inquiries
