💼 About This Role

You'll support the pharmacy team by packaging and labeling prescriptions for courier pickup. You'll keep records of shipping supplies and provide tracking updates to users. This role is on-site at a Canadian-owned mail-order pharmacy with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Package and label prescriptions for daily courier pickup
• Record inventory levels and reorder shipping supplies
• Provide tracking updates and manage returned packages
• Coordinate with customer service team to resolve transit issues

📋 Requirements

• At least 18+ years old with a high school diploma
• Strong attention to detail for packaging and labeling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
