You'll join EliseAI to provide Tier 2 technical support and solve complex problems for clients in housing and healthcare. Your work will directly improve how renters and patients access essential services. You'll grow into deeper technical ownership in a high-growth startup backed by Andreessen Horowitz.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 2 technical support through Zendesk
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
• Act as subject matter expert on client configurations
• Collaborate with Solutions and Engineering teams on improvements

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years in a customer support or technical support role
• Computer Science degree or coding bootcamp certificate
• Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce
• Familiarity with SQL and writing queries

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with low-code/no-code tools like Retool
• Exposure to API integrations or debugging workflows
• Interest in evolving into a Solutions Engineer role
