You'll build the AI-powered revenue platform for modern finance teams, processing $1bn+ in annual invoice volume. You'll own end-to-end from ideation to shipping, with direct customer access and real ownership. This is a lean team growing to 20+ engineers where you'll shape fundamental architecture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own the AI platform for reliable software on non-deterministic models
• Create AI-powered approval workflows with natural language routing
• Develop an intelligent collections agent for autonomous payment chasing
• Iterate on prompt engineering, tools, evals, and agentic systems

📋 Requirements

• Shipped LLM-based systems to real customers with production failure experience
• Designed agentic systems with knowledge of embeddings, memory, tool use
• Built evals infrastructure including datasets, LLM as judge, monitoring
• Written production backend systems and prioritize reliability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kotlin or willingness to learn
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI
• Side projects exploring AI possibilities
