💼 About This Role

You'll support the end-to-end execution of Formlabs' global CX Audit program. You'll help manage high-volume recurring audits and B2B mystery shopper simulations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. This is a hybrid role requiring weekly on-site presence in Budapest.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of annual mystery shopping audits across continents
• Source, onboard, and coordinate a global network of B2B shoppers
• Maintain operational infrastructure like simulated domains and communication systems
• Apply grading rubrics to evaluate website accuracy and sales process performance

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Marketing Operations, Customer Experience, or Project Coordination
• Ability to understand complex 3D printing technology for shopper training
• High attention to detail for tracking multiple task ETAs and templates
• Experience creating realistic professional personas for technical sales audits
