Description

You will oversee daily operations in a food-based fulfillment center, driving performance to meet company goals. Your role involves managing cross-functional teams (receiving, production, inventory, shipping), maintaining safety and quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center
• Strong interpersonal communication and logical reasoning skills
• Knowledge of OSHA, AIB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA standards
• Ability to analyze production data and perform root cause analysis
• Experience developing strategic action plans and managing teams

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safety-First culture and meet environmental, health, quality safety metrics
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Fulfillment Center to meet long- and short-term goals
• Prepare operating reports, establish KPIs, and provide feedback to direct reports
• Lead cross-functional teams including receiving, production, inventory control, and shipping
• Champion continuous improvement and implement best practices
