You'll lead and scale an operations team of 10+ technicians across multiple datacenter facilities, driving operational strategy and hyperscale infrastructure deployment. Your core impact will be ensuring 24x7x365 operations meet SLA commitments. This role stands out because you'll shape the trajectory of superintelligence deployment with a fast-moving team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and develop cross-functional operations teams across multiple sites
• Own 24x7 operational accountability and incident management
• Drive operational KPIs including uptime, MTTR, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in datacenter operations or mission-critical facilities
• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ employees
• Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure (power, cooling, server hardware, networking)
• Proven track record meeting availability and reliability SLAs

✨ Nice to Have

• 8+ years in datacenter operations with 4+ years managing large teams
• Experience at hyperscale providers or Tier III/IV facilities managing 50MW+ campuses
• Experience with incident management and change management frameworks
