💼 About This Role

You'll lead a last-mile logistics team at Picnic's new hub in Magdeburg, ensuring smooth delivery operations. Your core impact will be coaching your team and managing daily processes to achieve on-time deliveries. This role offers the chance to build your own team from scratch and drive operational improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, onboard, and coach your team of runners
• Manage shift schedules and ensure punctual departures
• Oversee inbound deliveries and organize emergency restocking
• Coordinate with Customer Success and central warehouse teams

📋 Requirements

• Degree or completed vocational training in logistics, retail, or similar
• First experience leading teams (professional or coaching)
• Fluent German and basic English skills
• Valid class B driver's license
