Description

You will serve as a Mid-Senior Level Safety Specialist contractor for a national aerospace manufacturer, executing occupational safety projects from start to finish. Your work will involve a blend of workplace safety assessments and employee safety program evaluations to help achieve health and safety goals.

Requirements

• Energetic self-starter with ability to work independently
• Produce results within budget and timeframe
• Mid to Senior level safety experience
• Experience with occupational safety risk assessment
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational safety consulting services
• Conduct shop floor observations to identify and assess employee injury/illness exposures
• Devise solution options to mitigate injury/illness exposures
• Coordinate and execute safety projects within organizational procedures and standards
• Perform project management functions as needed
