You'll prescribe and review cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex conditions in a hybrid role. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care and improve treatment outcomes. This role offers the chance to work in a rapidly growing digital health field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
• Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber, tailoring treatments to individual patient needs.
• Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on treatment options.
• Support the dispensary team by handling complex clinical queries.

📋 Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber qualification
• At least 2 years prescribing experience
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Good knowledge of CBPM or willingness to undergo training
