💼 About This Role

You'll join the Software Quality Operations team at Waymo, ensuring the safety and reliability of autonomous vehicle technology. Your core impact will be managing vendor delivery performance, building processes, and driving operational efficiency. This role offers the chance to scale operations across new cities and vehicle platforms in a rapidly growing field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage recurring and one-off task delivery queues and build SOPs.
• Define priorities and resource allocation caps for vendor partners.
• Hold partners accountable to SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and improvements.
• Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Identify and execute tool/process improvements to boost efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in technical/business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading technical projects and/or teams.
• Experience directing a vendor supported operation.
• Highly analytical with a background creating metrics for programs.

• Background in consulting, operations, or technical/program management.
• Moderate SQL proficiency and understanding of relational databases.
