🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute employee training and leadership development programs.
- Advise leadership team on program impact and regulatory alignment.
- Manage budget and negotiate contracts with external vendors.
- Create metrics to measure organizational performance and productivity.
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic management in a distributed workforce.
- Extensive knowledge of training, organizational development, and performance improvement.
- Skilled in designing and delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership abilities to influence and motivate team members.
✨ Nice to Have
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
- Experience in the financial services or credit union industry.
- Familiarity with HR systems and learning management software.
