💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Educational Development team at Redwood Credit Union, focusing on organizational development and training to support a high-performance culture. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute employee training and leadership development programs.
  • Advise leadership team on program impact and regulatory alignment.
  • Manage budget and negotiate contracts with external vendors.
  • Create metrics to measure organizational performance and productivity.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic management in a distributed workforce.
  • Extensive knowledge of training, organizational development, and performance improvement.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering training to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership abilities to influence and motivate team members.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
  • Experience in the financial services or credit union industry.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and learning management software.
