You'll own the post-onboarding journey for a portfolio of Nabis' brand and retail partners, ensuring they continuously unlock value from our technology and logistics network. Your success is measured by long-term partner growth and retention. This strategic role sits at the intersection of relationship management, operations, and platform expertise.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute tailored success plans for each account
- Drive product adoption by introducing relevant platform features
- Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to assess partner health
- Handle escalations with urgency and coordinate swift resolution
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or B2B relationship management within SaaS, logistics, distribution, or marketplace
- Ability to own a portfolio and drive measurable outcomes in retention and adoption
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk or similar)
- Data fluency โ interpret account health metrics and take proactive action
