You'll own the post-onboarding journey for a portfolio of Nabis' brand and retail partners, ensuring they continuously unlock value from our technology and logistics network. Your success is measured by long-term partner growth and retention. This strategic role sits at the intersection of relationship management, operations, and platform expertise.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute tailored success plans for each account
  • Drive product adoption by introducing relevant platform features
  • Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to assess partner health
  • Handle escalations with urgency and coordinate swift resolution

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or B2B relationship management within SaaS, logistics, distribution, or marketplace
  • Ability to own a portfolio and drive measurable outcomes in retention and adoption
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk or similar)
  • Data fluency โ€” interpret account health metrics and take proactive action

  • Experience in cannabis or wholesale distribution industry
