💼 About This Role

You'll own item-level forecasting and inventory planning for a growing assortment portfolio, translating merchandising targets into executable supply plans. You'll drive inventory health and vendor performance end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally to support growth and margin goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own item-level forecasting, purchasing, and inventory planning for a portfolio of items.
• Analyze and manage key performance metrics like in-stocks, weeks of supply, and vendor fill rates.
• Design and execute inventory strategies including safety stock and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional planning for new item launches and assortment optimization.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, planning, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel required.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience with planning systems, dashboards, or data querying is a plus.
