- Drive revenue growth by achieving annual sales targets across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for long-term partnerships
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
- Lead client engagement including presentations, negotiations, and contract structuring

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field
- Experience in business development within pharma, biotech, or CRO
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of drug development processes and clinical research services
