You'll prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork at a Carvana reconditioning center. Your work will ensure every car meets our rigorous 150-point inspection standards before reaching customers. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in a fast-paced production environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform bagging, sanding, masking, and taping for paint prep.
• Complete touch-up, headlight, and rim repairs.
• Communicate with team about additional vehicle needs.
• Maintain clean work environment and organized tools.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of paint and body experience or collision repair education.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Effective English communication skills.
