🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Create strategic sourcing plans for diverse candidate pipelines
• Track and analyze hiring metrics and report progress to leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of true recruiting experience
• Ability to identify and qualify technical candidates via LinkedIn and resume reviews
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
