Description

In this role, you will manage loan underwriting tasks for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac affordable housing deals with minimal oversight, draft underwriting documentation, present deals to loan committees, and mentor less experienced analysts. You'll ensure timely and accurate delivery while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Handle all underwriting tasks for assigned deals, coordinating and monitoring quality of loan underwriting
• Draft underwriting documentation and present deals to loan committee
• Mentor and guide less experienced analysts
• Proactively manage daily workload and distribute equitably across team
• Continuously suggest process improvements and best practices
