Description

You will lead the Minneapolis office, developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive growth and strengthen the firm's Living-Centered Design culture. You'll champion the brand, foster a design-focused and inclusive environment, and spend most of your time on strategy, business development, and client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement office business plan aligned with firm-wide strategy
• Lead office growth to achieve minimum 10% year-over-year top line increase
• Act as brand ambassador, demonstrating Living-Centered Design internally and externally
• Identify, assess, and mentor Client Leaders; champion client engagement process
• Evaluate senior talent needs and build strong leadership team for office growth
