💼 About This Role

You'll join the Warfighter Systems division to pioneer mixed reality and immersive technologies for defense. You'll rapidly prototype new products and create compelling technology demonstrations to showcase future capabilities to stakeholders. This role focuses on speed, iteration, and hardware-software integration in a fast-paced R&D environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and debug hardware and software prototypes using C++, Python, and 3D printing.
• Integrate and calibrate sensors (IMU, biometric, RF, imaging) for prototype hardware.
• Formulate and implement flexible software architectures on short timescales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate components and drive project success.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or applied research experience.
• U.S. Person status (citizen or green card holder).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and C++.

✨ Nice to Have

• MS/PhD in CS, EE, or related field.
• Experience with sensor or camera driver/firmware development.
• Experience with 3D CAD and mechanical design for hardware prototyping.
