Description
As a Client Support Analyst at Ripple, you will be the frontline for clients using our treasury management platform, troubleshooting issues and ensuring fast resolutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on exposure to treasury and financial risk management.
Requirements
- Curious, scrappy, and solutions-driven
- Break down complex technical issues into clear steps
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in B2B technical support, ideally SaaS
- Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Own client issues end-to-end: troubleshoot, communicate, and drive fast resolutions
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests to meet SLAs
- Handle payment formats, extracts, connectivity, and Alliance Lite 2
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Managers, Solutions, and Engineering
- Spot patterns in client issues and turn them into actionable insights
