Description

As a Client Support Analyst at Ripple, you will be the frontline for clients using our treasury management platform, troubleshooting issues and ensuring fast resolutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on exposure to treasury and financial risk management.

Requirements

  • Curious, scrappy, and solutions-driven
  • Break down complex technical issues into clear steps
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience in B2B technical support, ideally SaaS
  • Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Own client issues end-to-end: troubleshoot, communicate, and drive fast resolutions
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests to meet SLAs
  • Handle payment formats, extracts, connectivity, and Alliance Lite 2
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Managers, Solutions, and Engineering
  • Spot patterns in client issues and turn them into actionable insights
