💼 About This Role

You'll join the AI Sales Enablement team at ShareGate, a leading Microsoft 365 migration and governance solution. You'll build systems and assets that scale the technical capability of the entire sales team, moving from reactive deal support to a builder function. This role offers a chance to shape how technical sales functions at a growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical sales onboarding and ongoing enablement for reps.
• Deliver demos that set the internal standard for the sales team.
• Drive deals to close as a technical co-closer, not just a validator.
• Build reusable assets and AI-powered workflows to scale technical leverage.

📋 Requirements

• Customer-facing technical sales experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Microsoft 365 platform familiarity (governance, migration, or adjacent)
• High business acumen and track record of influencing deals to close
• Builder mindset with AI fluency and ability to build workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual French/English
• Experience with ShareGate or similar M365 tools
