Description

You will lead procurement and fulfillment of valve hardware for the Starship program, managing sourcing activities across precision machined components and complex manufactured parts. You will negotiate purchase orders, forecast demand, and drive supplier performance to ensure uninterrupted supply in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience in engineering, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes like machining, forging, casting, heat treatment.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing activities for precision machined components, forgings, castings, and outside processes.
• Quote, negotiate, and place purchase orders for valve components.
• Forecast demand and evaluate supplier capacity.
• Track and drive supplier performance metrics.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
